Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and internationally.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days in the United States and 10–20 business days for international destinations.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all purchases are final. As Amara Bags is in the early stages of its journey, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review your request and provide the most appropriate solution.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While modifications cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to assist.
