At AMARA, we are committed to being fully transparent about how we process and ship your orders. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping times and conditions.

1. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 15 to 20 calendar days from order confirmation. This period includes order preparation and transit time to the delivery address.

We work carefully on every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, so we prefer to give you a realistic estimate rather than promises we can't keep.

2. Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters preparation. Processing time (before the package leaves for the carrier) is 1 to 3 business days, after which transit time begins until the total 15-20 day window is complete.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and shown before you confirm payment, with no hidden fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's status in real time.

5. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the zones configured in our checkout. If your address doesn't appear as available at checkout, contact us to see if we can arrange special shipping.

6. Possible Delays

Although our estimated timeframe is 15 to 20 days, external factors such as weather conditions, customs, holidays, or high seasonal demand may cause additional delays. If this happens, we'll keep you informed by email.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. AMARA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders in Transit

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated 20 days, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@amarabag.com with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
